October 25th - Trunk or Treat, Ronald McDonald House Peachtree-Dunwoody location
Again, great turnout at the Halloween/Fall Festival event! I (Katie) was the photographer of the evening and the For A Day Witch, managing the first station: dress up and costumes! Like our event last week, the costumes were a great success and were very much appreciated by overwhelmed parents who were not able to procure costumes for their children this year.
Kinsey was our Cotton Candy Fairy of the night, and managed the rented cotton candy machine. This was tons of fun! The children really loved this fresh, warm, sugary treat during the chilly evening.
Debi brought her monster trunk: the kids reached inside the monster’s mouth and pulled out a cute fuzzy monster toy.
Erin, our resident princess and real life beauty queen, was Cinderella and dressed kids up as princesses with fairy wings and gowns. This station was well received, as it often is.
Adam and Thomas both tag teamed the hero station as well as their own Beach Party and Camping Trip stations. The cotton candy was the star of the show (see the pictures!).
